Prices may change due to supplier pricing, government fees, VAT, registration costs or insurance premiums.
7. Eligibility
To apply for a Lease-to-Own vehicle, applicants must satisfy Zero Max’s eligibility requirements.
Applicants may be required to provide:
- Emirates ID
- Valid UAE Driving Licence
- Passport Copy (where applicable)
- UAE Residence Visa
- Security Cheque
- Other supporting documents requested by Zero Max
Failure to provide accurate information may result in rejection of the application.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide complete, accurate and truthful information;
- Submit genuine documents;
- Keep contact information up to date;
- Comply with UAE traffic laws;
- Use the vehicle responsibly;
- Make all payments on or before their due dates;
- Notify Zero Max of any accident, theft or damage without delay.
Customers are responsible for all traffic fines, Salik charges, parking violations and any other liabilities incurred during their contractual use of the vehicle unless otherwise agreed.
9. Lease-to-Own Agreement
Approval of an application will result in a separate written Lease-to-Own Agreement between the customer and Zero Max.
The signed Lease-to-Own Agreement shall govern:
- Monthly instalments
- Contract duration
- Insurance obligations
- Vehicle usage
- Maintenance responsibilities
- Default provisions
- Early termination
- Ownership transfer
- Security cheque requirements
- Other contractual obligations
Where any inconsistency exists between these website Terms & Conditions and the signed Lease-to-Own Agreement, the signed agreement shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Payments
Customers agree to make all contractual payments in accordance with the payment schedule contained in the signed agreement.
Failure to make payments when due may result in action permitted under the signed agreement and applicable UAE law, including recovery of outstanding amounts or other contractual remedies.
11. Vehicle Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- The vehicle remains the legal property of Zero Max or its designated owner throughout the Lease-to-Own period.
- Ownership does not transfer until all contractual obligations have been fully satisfied.
- Ownership transfer is subject to payment of all outstanding amounts, including applicable fees, traffic fines, Salik charges, damages, insurance obligations and any applicable transfer fees.
- Vehicle ownership transfer remains subject to the requirements of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and other applicable authorities.
12. Insurance and Registration
Insurance, registration and related government charges will be provided in accordance with the applicable quotation and signed agreement.
Customers must comply with all insurance conditions and promptly report accidents, damage or theft.
13. Traffic Fines and Salik
Customers remain responsible for:
- Traffic fines;
- Parking penalties;
- Salik charges;
- Towing charges;
- Impound fees; and
- Any other government charges incurred during their contractual use of the vehicle.
Outstanding amounts may be recovered in accordance with the signed agreement and applicable law.
14. Website Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorised access to the website;
- Introduce malicious software or viruses;
- Misuse website forms;
- Submit fraudulent enquiries;
- Copy or reproduce website content without written permission;
- Interfere with website functionality;
- Use the website for unlawful purposes.
Zero Max reserves the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse is detected.
